REFUND/RETURN POLICIES

New, unopened books, CD's, non-personalized cards and artwork, all still sealed in the plastic wrapper may be returned to Augustinian Press within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling. Personalized cards can be returned for a refund only in the case of our error. The Press will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect, defective items, etc.). New, unopened items still in the plastic wrapper seal may be returned after the 30 days and up to 60 days, but will only receive a partial refund of 80% of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling. Items opened, with the plastic wrapper seal no longer intact cannot be returned for a refund.
