This book contains a collection of articles written by Father Zumkeller on this history and theology of the Augustinian School in the middle ages. His writings include descriptions of the various Augustinians during this time, and their impact on the period's social teachings and spiritual life, as well as their role as the Councils of Constance and Basle.
